It integrates batch polishing, deburring, edge rounding, cleaning and oxide removal in one unit. Working Principle of GG8720
Driven by a variable-frequency strong rotating magnetic field at the bottom, the machine pushes magnetic pins to move at high speed in irregular cycles inside the processing tank. Countless tiny flexible pins strike and rub workpieces from all directions, reaching hard-to-access areas such as gaps, inner holes and cross holes. Burrs and flash are removed efficiently, while edge rounding, brightening, degreasing and oxide removal are completed. This is a gentle flexible finishing process. It will not change the original dimensional tolerance of workpieces, making it ideal for mass finishing of precision small parts.
